Please Read the Following For Our Office Policies

You Cannot Be Injected If:

• You are pregnant or breastfeeding
• You have an active cold sore outbreak
• You are sick the day of your appointment or in the last two weeks
• You have had Covid vaccination in the last 2 weeks.

For Your Safety

Please come to your appointment with a clean, makeup-free face to reduce your chances of potential infection. If you are wearing makeup, then we will charge $10 fee to remove your makeup.

We Are Thankful For Our Out-Of-Town Visitors

Please book your returning flight 48 hours after your procedure to ensure there are complications.

If You Have a Pre-Existing Condition

Please obtain a written clearance for your doctor prior to your appointment. Written clearance should be current and within the last 60 days.

15 Minute Grade Period

Please arrive to your appointment on time. We allow a 15 min grace period before the appointment is cancelled and deposit forfeited.

Payment For Your Appointment

It is required to show ID if you are checking out with credit card or debit card.

Prior to Your Appointment, Be Sure To

…not bring any additional guests, including children to your appointment. We are only allowing those with appointments to enter the office at this time.

…have eaten a meal to prevent light-headedness.

…understand that delays do occur and to give yourself enough time for your appointment in those instances.

Dental Work

For filler appointments only

• Please schedule your appointment 2 weeks after any dental work.
• Please avoid any dental work for at least 2 weeks after your appointment.
• For PDO appointments – avoid dental work for 30 days after procedure.

24 Hour Cancellation Policy

We understand that emergencies and other issues arise and are out of your control. However, as our business is appointment based, advance notice allows us to fulfill other clients’ needs. Please call the office within 24 hours notice to avoid forfeiting your deposit.

72 Hours Before Your Appointment

Avoid NSAIDS like aspirin, Aleve, Ibuprofen, Advil, Toreador, Naproxen, etc.
